I suggest putting in the e-mail address at first, but keep the name of the
mailserver at hand.
I had a spam problem with lots of Korean/Japanese boxen as relays, but the
guy kept spamming from the same address. Some great spammer... ;-) I blocked
his address and after a week or so he probably caught on.
BTW - if it really is spam, don't ever "unsubscribe" (you never subscribed
in the first place, remember?). It'll just let the offender know that you
actually exist and read your mail.
