It's clearly telling you that you do NOT have an open relay - it has 
bounced this email and told the sender that relaying is denied.
You've got pop-before-smtp turned on, so it also told the sender to 
check their mail first before trying to send through your server (and 
this will only work if they have an account, or if they use the 
latest exploit that Jeff Lovell has released an unofficial beta 
package to fix).

No idea if ORBS is really gone - if they are, I'm glad... they would 
blackhole people if they couldn't determine if relaying was allowed; 
which is just plain wrong. It's like saying that just because I'm 
female, I *could* be a prostitute so I should be arrested. Grr.
