It's clearly telling you that you do NOT have an open relay - it has bounced this email and told the sender that relaying is denied. You've got pop-before-smtp turned on, so it also told the sender to check their mail first before trying to send through your server (and this will only work if they have an account, or if they use the latest exploit that Jeff Lovell has released an unofficial beta package to fix).
Thanks Carrie,I figured as much but just wanted to make sure that I was not stupidly missing something. One more stupid question which I also could not find the answer to. How did you know that I had pop-before-smtp turned on (which incidently has the patch applied).
