I'm not sure this applies to Miva, but some of the other "high end"
shopping carts offer unlimited licenses for substantial fees.
However those substantial fees work out to a buck or less per user
license for large hosting companies. A pretty good deal for a well
known and well marketed product if you have the volume to make it
worth pursuing.
