rwx     owner can read,write,and execute
rwx     group can read,write,and execute
s         set user  or group ID on execution
r-x      users can read, execute - can't write

So, does this explain why I still can't view either
http://www.mysite.com/stats , http://mysite.com/stats ,
http://www.mysite.com/~stats or http://mysite.com/~stats ?
