Their website has the same layout as the webmin GUI
and a demo. 

Its a great product.. ive only been using it for a good 2 days now but it
has a feature where you can give user accounts on the system certain
privilges to change particular parts. ie create a 'mailer' account who when
logged into the webmin GUI can only change sendmail config or some part of
it.. 

Im unsure as to whether it can replace the 'self administration' of email
accounts and web settings but Im fairly sure you can give them some level of
control with their particular virtualhost. This is the next area I will be
checking but webmins amazing amount of depth I feel lends itself better to
the sys admin rather than the users. 

Cobalts GUI is very well done and very handy for large systems, but
FreeBSD/linux/webmin comes very close to threatening even that. I would keep
a close eye on webmin development at sourceforge and wait for the 1.0 alpha.
