Admin *is* the default site administrator; however, if you've reached
32 sites on the machine, then admin won't be able to login via ftp to
sites 33+.
One login can only ftp in to 32 sites. For more info, do a search in
the archives for 32 site limit.
One way around it is to go into your groups file and delete 'admin'
out of the sites that don't need it there to bring the # of sites
where 'admin' is listed down to under 32. Make sure to back up your
groups file first!
