[cobalt-users] FTP when there's no site administrator?

I just created a new virtual site on my RaQ3. I added a user but not a site
administrator (I want to administer it myself).
However, when I ftp as admin and try to delete the default index.html page,
I get a "permission denied" error. I thought 'admin' was the default site
administrator. Is there a way around this, or do I have to create a site
administrator for the virtual site if I want to update it?
Thanks,
Jorge
