Hi ML,

This script will let you know what were the configure options. and so let
you know whether or not php has been compiled as module or as cgi.

If you use apache on a RAQ3 use the --with-apxs flag when compiling php
just make sure the your /usr/sbin/apxs file contains the correct PATH to
your httpd daemon.
