This won't work. It may be possible in Apache 2 (I've heard it might be,
haven't researched) but it's definitely not possible in Apache 1.3.x.

I don't do much ASP programming, but in PHP it's possible to call external
programs using the exec() and system() functions among others. It sounds
like you need to call a PHP function from within ASP though. I can't tell
you whether that's possible or not and Murphy's Law states that if I
speculate one way or the other I'll be wrong.
