Aha!
There's your problem.
It's either one of two things:
1. Your RaQ came with an updated OS which already has those patches
installed; therefore it won't let you put them in again, or... (more
likely)
2. You are missing a bunch of patches which need to be installed
before the FP and Glibc patches can go in.

Unfortunately (if you've got a RaQ4), the download page no longer has
those patches.
Which begs the question - does anyone know where we can go to get the
older patches? I had them up until two weeks ago, when I finally
dumped them to clear up some room on my hdd here at home. Arrgh. Still
wouldn't have helped, I didn't think to grab the list so I'd know what
order they should be installed.

Send Cobalt Support a note with your 4 items on it, and ask them where
you can get the older patches or if you even need them (because you
might have a pre-patched OS in there).
