If one follows the "Cobalt Way" one would expect the 6618.pkg to be the
first one installed.  But of course, Cobalt doesn't tell us..another
perfect example of non-support.

The current download page motes the following about the OS upgrade:

Prerequisites: 

          Point release RaQ4-All-System-0.0.1-7657.pkg (Frontpage Fixes)
and 
          Point release RaQ4-All-Security-0.0.1-8061 (glibc update) 

     Obsoletes These Previous Updates:

          RaQ4-en-System-0.0.6-6375.pkg 
          RaQ4-All-System-0.0.1-8061.pkg 
          RaQ4-All-System-0.0.2-7709.pkg 
          RaQ4-All-Security-0.0.1-8164.pkg 
          RaQ4-All-Security-0.0.1-8148.pkg 
          RaQ4-All-Security-0.0.1-8008.pkg 
          RaQ4-All-System-0.0.1-7565.pkg 
          RaQ4-en-Security-0.0.1-6453.pkg

I have a memory that even though the items above were made obsolete, there
was some discussion on the list that they should be installed prior to
the OS update
