Hi all, I am new here. I have searched all over looking for info on
the Cobalt Bandwidth Manager (bwmgmt). But I can't seem to find
anything relevant.
I lease a RaQ3 which has the bwmgmt module installed. I have
previously purged mysql and postgres so there is no underlying db for
bandwidth settings. Additionally, I have also removed all of the
web-based admin interface, as all I really wanted was a cheap linux box
to host my own sites on. (forgive me, I like admin'ing via a terminal)
I see this bwmgmt module as being pretty useless, please tell me if
this is incorrect. Additionally can I disable this module from
/etc/modules.conf and not impact the server (IE: network config)?
Any information would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks.
