[cobalt-users] turning off chilisoft RaQ4

My Chilisoft is not enabled in the Control Panel. I don't want it
running. It's a service I don't use, so I may as well disable it.
Silly me, I thought that not having it enabled in the Control Panel
would be enough. But after all of this time, I'm finally sick of
seeing the following when doing a ps -ax:

How can I turn this thing off for good? (Or will doing so break
something else, or cause AM to bitch at me?)
