(I can't believe no one answered this?)
Tomas,
RaQXTR from what I've *heard* is not much to get excited about. Lots
of problems so far, and seems to have more than what you need
(e-commerce package pre-installed or somesuch?).
A RaQ4 is perfect for your needs, but again may have more than what
you need (Chilisoft ASP engine that runs constantly even if you've got
the thing disabled in the Control Panel, Interbase SQL that hardly
anyone uses . A RaQ3 would do fine with a PHP package and MySQL
package, but support for the RaQ3 is slower in coming than the RaQ4
support.

RaQ4i is just fine unless you want RAID1 - if so, go with the RaQ4r.
It comes with an extra hard drive for the RAID backup. Then again, you
could always run your own RAID and save yourself the money.
I've worked with both the "i" and "r" models, love 'em both (other
than the normal Cobalt grumblings); methinks you'll be quite happy
with the ease with which most programs/scripts slide onto the RaQ4.
