No. Somebody tried to send email through teleglobe.net's SMTP server to a
user on your server, however sendmail wouldn't accept it b/c the sender's
domain (cccecom.com) didn't seem to exist (and also the IP address didn't
seem to match the hostname for teleglobe.net, but that alone wouldn't have
mattered).

Turn off sendmail. A side effect will be that you won't be able to send or
receive email, though. ;-)
