No, it means the sender's DNS may have had problems and your server thought
firstmate@xxxxxxxxxxx didn't exist. The RaQ will bounce mail from
nonexistent domain names. It does exist. Either your DNS couldn't find it,
or their DNS was down or unreachable at the time. Seeing as they're running
two nameservers on the same IP, it smacks of a problem domain. Whether it
was spam or not, you'll have to see the email.
