[cobalt-users] QUbe 3 and email

Sorry if this has been asked before (I have looked in the archives but
didn't find anything)

We recently had an issue where a member of management sent a confidential
email to a group list by mistake. The only way I had of trying to correct
this was to either go into each users account manually on the Qube and
delete the email from the inbox or delete it from their client. Both of
which was time consuming and as a result some staff did view the
confidential email.

Is there an admin tool that would enable me to access all email on the Qube
and delete emails across multiple users.

I am using the Qube 3 with Outlook 98/2000 as clients.
