[cobalt-users] raq4i vs raq4r

hi, I just got a new raq 4r.(currently have 4i)
I was trying to use it and several questions just came up.
I am not an expert on raid(actually knows not much about it).

But to start with, what are the big differences between raq 4i and 4r for
end users point of view?(such as one virtual site owner who is using a space
on a hosting service provider's raq server)  Does 4r make a site owner happy
for any reason?
Or is it good for the hosting provider only?

How can I find out if my hardware is 4i or 4r?
