Just to cover the basics...
1. Does this site have PHP enabled in the Site Settings?
2. Does it have Override All permissions in access.conf?
3. Have you checked your php.ini file to make sure that overrides are
allowed and everything's set up correctly?
Check the Auth_PAM thing too; it's always given me internal server
errors.
If I use a 'normal' .htaccess file, all works fine. If I use what
Cobalt's support pages tell me to use
(namely the PAM thing) I get ISE's. On 3 different RaQs - so maybe
it's just my personal tweaks,
but either way I can't use that PAM thing. (Whatever it is.)
