The easiest way is to just watch this list and the security list and
wait for someone to post their IP or URL and say they've got <insert
entire list here> updates installed, or they're running some service
on such and such port, or they just installed a flamingly insecure
program/script...
At least three people do it every week. It would be so easy to set up
a filter to just go through the mail and flag the ones that look like
good prey, so the haqqer can check it over later to see if it's
viable.
