The Rev is right.
However, when I set up a server one of the user accounts I
automatically 'reserve' for my own use is "info". You might have the
same situation. (There is a large list of names that I reserve.
Webmaster, sales, advertising, etc.)
So in that case you'd just make any sort of username for the domain,
like domainadmin. Then in the ALIAS field you'd put (one on each
line):
tech
info
Save changes, ta-da. That account (domainad) will now receive email
for tech@domain and info@domain. Everything else will get punted into
cyberspace.
