Assuming empty domain with no users:
1. Create Tech
2. Create Info
3. STOP - Create Nothing else - No Catchall - No Nothing
Everything else should now bounce and reject.
Having said all this, I am sure that this is so simple that
I have either missed something or what you have written isn't what you
really are asking
Goal ???
