I think the Reverend is on the right track, creating just those two users
and no 'catch-all' should slow everything else down.
Your server can only have one instance of a user name on the box, i.e. you
can only have one user named 'info' on your box
If you create a user name like infoQr5Yv@xxxxxxxxxx and create the alias for
it info@xxxxxxxxxx you will have done two things.
First left the username 'info' available, second created a user name that is
much harder to guess.
If you want to slow down spam and not alienate legitimate users you could
create a non-essential account have it catch everything BUT the accounts you
want and use the autoresponder to reply something like 'That is not a valid
mailbox on our network please use info@domain or tech@xxxxxxxxxx '
Everyday someone tries to relay through a different domain on my server they
try webmaster,sales, info and contact.
