Uhh... because 99.9% of the world types in 'www' before a
domain name?!?! If you don't put in 'www', at least put
in a wildcard.

No, you misunderstood ;-) I was refering to the Cobalt control panel GUI:

Host Name - www
Domain name - afriqonline.co.za
Web Server Alias - afriqonline.co.za
Email Server Alias - afriqonline.co.za

My understanding is that the host name (being "www") surely handles the
http://www.domain.net request? The Web server alias is used to catch
http://domain.net ...

But in any event, the bad return address was the result of me using my
host24.com e-mail address when testing, and since that is the server domain and
it hasn't been transferred yet (from a DNS point of view), sendmail got upset.

Bottom line - the catch-all e-mail alias issue is now resolved (thanks, revd
Leonard!).

Rgrds,

Johan
