That is exactly what we use our raqs for. Well, not 100% but a good 60% of
our raqs are being used to support our dialin customers accounts. The only
problem we have run into is the use of our PHP scripts to create virtual
domains. creating user accounts under our main domain goes perfect though.
So the only real problem we have is the vsite creation. At least for now.
We haven't experienced any other problems (like bandwidth or overloading).

Actually when the time comes that you require a dedicated for your dialin
clients there are the migration utils for the cobalt. So it shouldn't be a
big thing to move the main domain over to a dedicated and still keep all the
settings. However, I have not attempted a move of this sort and others have
so it may be best that someone else answer this portion.
