man rsync

will give you the manual for rsync, which can do what you want and is a very useful tool. If not, go to ftp.redhat.com and look for the 2.4.6-1 version of the RPM (probably rsync-2.4.6-1.i386.rpm) in the updates directory for 6.2.

I *think* this will work. No time to be more detailed, however.
