[cobalt-users] Raq hangs at Net Booting

I have a RAQ which has some issues.  Last year the system wedged
following an attack (it was hosting a local Ford Dealership when tires
were exploding )and has never been up since.

We looked at the derive carefully and found the / was impacted, and
critical info was missing.  It boots and configures, but does not
respond to the outside world under any circumstances.  We have tried to
run the restore cd on the box with several different drives, it hangs at
"netbooting".  We tried reusing the original drive, it hangs at
"netbooting".

The restore system has been tried with different host computers, on some
the nic is obviously not installed  others it is properly configured. 
The result is the same.

We have tried xover cables.  We have put it on an isolated segment of a
working hub.  We have tried it with nothing else on a working hub.

I have no more clues.

Please offer me hope that the box is not just rack dressing.
