The RaQ is trying to boot from the network,
but can not communicate with the host computer.
The restrre procedure is very finicky about the network.
(1) Is it running at 100 MBS?
(2) Are you using a Cobalt certified useable NIC on the
host?
(3) Can you restore another RaQ? (providing you have one).
