Hi James,

	Domain names are indeed a customer list. Additionally,
providing domain names would violate the privacy policies posted on
most of the web hosting sites that post such information. One may be
able to justify providing it directly to Arin, but providing to a
third party without any restraints is not only questionable, it
could very well result in legal action against the person who
provided the information if it ends up being misued.

	I would strongly suggest that one consider the privacy
ramifications of what they're being asked to do before they do it -
particularly if they have a posted privacy policy.

	Trust me, no provider is going to run interference for you
if push comes to shove. As you said, it ain't over yet. Until it is
the best thing to do is consult an attorney.
