The quick and dirty answer to this would seem to be... if they actually
need to show they are using their ip's and have to list to ARVIN (or
whatever the acronym for them is:) ... why do they have to have an
ip=domain list anyway?
Couldn't they just use a range of ip's and show they are being used by your
company, much the way the ip blocks are listed publicly now?
It does seem a bit "off mark" to ask for an ip-to-domain list from you.
