IP/URL lists, It is ARIN not the ISP! was RE: [cobalt-users] what the hell kind of crap is this???

The issue is not named-based hosting at all, ARIN not the ISP, or their
upstream, ARIN requires that information.  It is on their request
template, http://www.arin.net/regserv/templates/isptemplate.txt

Everyone needs to look at ARIN's site and not just fire off their personal
feelings.  People are making their hosts out to be the bad guys....which
is not the case. Too many places are taking up way too many IP addresses,
personally they need to go after educational systems and certain big
corporations who have entire class A's at their disposal.  I know of a
Bank that has 14 Class B's and they don't have as much as a class C that
is addressable by the Internet.
