Let's hope that doesn't happen. I've been with Rackshack for a couple of
months now. The first signs of anything out the ordinary was when they
deleted the DNS for one of my virtual sites accidentally. Lucky I noticed.
The latest incident is my server's now been down for around 24 hours. Tech
support said they couldn't do anything till the tech guy gets in, another
few hours waiting. A few hours later I called and they are again looking
into the problem and say it should be back online in 24 hours.

On probing what their uptime guarantee was one guy said, "85-90%, but don't
quote me on that". That means your server could be offline for nearly two
months out of every year, but that's ok because according to one of the
staff, that may well be their policy. I wouldn't recommend them for business
critical sites and anyone who suggests otherwise is stupid or too caught up
in the "great deal", because Rackshack as a business have only been around
for a few months. The jury's still out.
