For the user 'info', create a catchall account (add @www.acme.com as an alias)

Given that "info" is such a commonly needed address (I have one for every domain; I even think it might be required by RFC), you should never have a user named 'info'. Info should be an alias to a real user, IMHO. (Your catchall can go to info, and info will go to joe, and that's OK...)
