Given the above, which is not in fact a url, but an actual domain name,
you can just use a cname here :)
One of the very few cases where cnames are in fact appropriate..
If you will cause a redirect is totally dependent on the way the
remote server is setup tho, if it's virtual hosted, it will rewrite the
domain name regardless, in which case a frameset is probably the only
answer...
(or proxy, but that can be evil;)
