Please Help...
I have a Raq4i with all updates installed. One of my clients hosts their
mail in house and my ISP provides DNS so I had them set up an MX
record. Email works fine using POP clients. The problem is with a perl
script. I got to the root of the problem buy using sendmail from the
command line. /usr/sbin/sendmail -bv user@xxxxxxxxxx produces a user
unknown. Basically, sendmail ignores the MX record and tries to send the
mail locally. I deleted the site from the box at which point
/usr/sbin/sendmail -bv user@xxxxxxxxxx noted that the mail would be sent
correctly. When I put the site back on, I got the original error
again. Through Google searches, I have found many people with this same
problem but no resolutions. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Joshua Jury
