Yes.  This is a DNS problem.  The Cobalt sendmail is using rewrite rules to
virutalize domains.  Normally www.domain.com would be a "CNAME" record within
your DNS server, this confuses the sendmail rule set and it reject the e-mail. 
The way you fix this is to ensure that your DNS server has an "A" type record
entry for www.domain.com.  This will fix your problem.
