With a signed copy of your card/authorization letter I don't know any company
which won't process a credit card order.

Maybe that was in the past, nowadays we do regular credit card payment to
Networksolutions - at least 2 a month - and everytime I can spare some
money for a new machine I go to Dell.com
The latter, to be fair, has set a distribution channel to Mexico and most
sites who sell physical goods won't even bother of hearing form other
countries apart form US and Canada, no matter we have the NAFTA running
since 7 years ago.
Some well known sites even set Mexico as a South American country !
Well, the point is that most service providers via internet now accept most
credit cards.
