Believe what you will, sir... I have a fair bit of experience in this. I've
held both Visa and Mastercard plastic, with per-card limits up to $20,000 (as
in the case of my current MC), since 1987; and buying stuff mail-order in the
USA is a bitch.
With a signed copy of your card/authorization letter I don't know any company
which won't process a credit card order.

I'm not going to bother going on. But I've had problems with all of these, and
then some. This is just what comes off the top of my head.
