Wonder why not? They are still going to get the money. I know Everyone's
Internet takes international orders (www.ev1.net and www.rackshack.net)
because I know someone who bought their inexpensive webhosting who's from
the UK.
The only businesses that seem to have a problem with foreign credit cards
are mail order businesses, but not because of the credit card - they just
don't want the hassle of shipping overseas. Shipping isn't a problem with
buying web hosting or renting a dedicated RaQ ;-)
