Hey Chris,

I used these directions to accomplish the same thing. It's a great
step-by-step how to.

http://paulschreiber.com/download/mysql-php-apache-raq.txt

Thanks to Paul I've been running MySQL 3.22.32, Apache 1.3.14 and PHP 4.01
since November without problems. All I had to do is change the version
numbers of the software since the directions are out of date. Good luck!

HTH,
