[cobalt-users] getting error on make apache 1.3.14 - RaQ2

I was using the following instructions posted to here a while back to
upgrade my apache and PHP.

but I am running into an error and I'm stumped.

make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/sites/home/users/admin/apache_1.3.14'
make: *** [build] Error 2

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Our maillog is showing the following

Is this an issue on the server or is it with the customer?

If it is on the server end what can we do to fix it.
