I would totally tune into an IRC channel for my Raq's
This list is the most valuable resource that we as Cobalt user's have.
Forget support, they do a great job in getting us into and out of trouble.
But the real Gold here is the user's, we've been there and done that for
most things. Anything that exposes the newer recruits to the issues quicker
means that the Cobalt brand get's strengthened. Cobalt should allow an IRC
server to be run from their domain, their support should be online too.
