Some people on the list do sell support services, if problems are urgent and
answers can't be found in a search.

Seems to have improved in the past week. I'm seeing my posts show up in
minutes instead of days now.

Some people might. I don't know how many. Some people might prefer to use
AOL's AIM program with the chat it has. A link to your own AIM chat could be
placed in your post to the list for anyone who has the AIM program. e.g.:
aim:gochat?roomname=screenname+Chat
Yes, I know, it's from the evil giant AOL (666 etc.), but it's a fairly
simple program to deal with and has pretty much a zero learning curve for
everything from having a chat room to doing file transfers. No problems with
anyone's ISP getting banned, (like @Home was from most IRC servers), so they
can't connect, no worries about "finger", and all the other techie stuff us
RaQ administrators aren't supposed to know about. If someone on the list
wanted to, and has an always-on PC running on a home network, they could
create a screen name cobaltraqusers. Although, I've discovered typing
aim:gochat?roomname=cobaltraqusers+Chat into my browser opens a chat room
called cobaltraqusers with the AIM program. Sorry qube users, get your own
chat! ;-)
Just my 2 cents.
