Does the file ".forward.admin" exist in /var/spool/mail?
Can you post the contents of the original .forward file in the admin
directory so someone who knows procmail can offer comments? Can you do a
locate on the server for "forward" and see what comes up? There shouldn't
be that many of them... You might also do a find for directories which are
world-writable.
I may be telling you the obvious, but so many times the obvious has bitten
me on the ass...
