Yes.  It's known as wildcard DNS and it's been covered many times so consult
the list archives.  Also, in the last 48 hours there was a post from someone
who mentioned a secret Cobalt backdoor that would allow you to add wildcard
DNS through the GUI.  I don't recall anyone on-list verifying that it
worked, though.
