Sounds like you got hit with an IP spoofing attack designed to do just
what it did...lock out everyone ;)

This is a problem with portsentry when monitoring UDP ...

Rebooting might be easier way to reset all the routes....

(There is another way, but it's dangerous, if you don't get it exactly
right , it will disconnect you  and leave you stuck unable
to reboot, you are using the routes too ;0)
