Yes. And this one is for learning about Cobalt servers. Not Apache. If the
answer to the original question was peculiar to the Cobalt server, more
clear instructions would be in the Cobalt archive or knowledge base. As it
happens, it relates to Apache and there are tons of resources and mailing
lists related to that. The Cobalt knowledge base would do more harm than
good if it attempted to cover Apache issues as it can't cover them properly.

One of the things I have learned is where to look for information on
non-Cobalt issues.
