Despite the temptation to laugh there is nothing funny about the power
problems in California. That being said the way the news is covering events
only makes things worse! Many parts of California have Municipal (city)
owned utilities are did not de-regulate when the state run utilities did.
So for me in L.A. have never had so much as a power hiccup while the rolling
blackouts were going on in other areas. Just do your research about where a
company is located and make sure they are on a municipal system with enough
generation available.
