I'm desesperated with this problem. Hope someone could help me.
I'm receiving an "User unknown ..." message every time that we try to send
mail from our RAQ to a domain whose mail it's been moved to an external
server.
Outside the RAQ (with any other mail service) we don't have any problems
receiving/sending mail to any of these domains.
The facts are: At first we set up these domains to receive mail (on the
RAQ), later we tried to "uncheck" the 'receive mail for this ...' checkbox
on siteadmin page but we could not do this (somehow it was not possible to
uncheck the box), so we decided to delete the virtualdomain and add it
again (but this time without the "receive mail ..") it worked for the first
domain, but we did the same with two others and it didn't work.
Somehow the RAQ "thinks" that those users are local and tries to deliver
that way.
As I mentioned, only the first domain "works" but only if we use
webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx instead of the correct webmaster@xxxxxxxxxx
We've checked Virtusertable, sendmail files, stop/restart sendmail. and we
don't really know what went wrong
Any suggestions?
